My only gripe and rant on this weapon is that its only 50% chance to have the Meteor Skill fall on to 5 enemies, at times it doesn't proc its pretty frustrating, unlike some other weapons which has a 100% chance to hit their special Rinko's half assed to 50% literally, but I kinda know why because her Meteor has really huge damage and at 100% they're risking the weapon to become too BROKEN, but in my opinio...
